I met Laura Swanberg in the latter part of 2007 when I decided to purchase my first home. I met her by chance, but I do not believe in coincidences, she was meant to be my realtor.
Our searches for homes were a lengthy process which took us well into 2008. During this time, Laura work tirelessly to ensure that I found the right house to call home, she was never pushy or tried to talk me into a home that did not suit me. Instead, we would meet for coffee, go over her list of houses to look at and we would schedule visits during the week and on weekends, she was relentless and would not stop until she found my first home. I’ll never forget it, it was a Saturday mid-morning, I was with my brother in law, and when I drove up to the location and saw Laura waiting for me, the moment I parked my vehicle, I knew this would be my home, and so it was, I closed on September 18, 2008 with Laura’s smiling facing by my side. So when in 2021 I decided to put my home up for sale to move closer to family in Indian River County with my mom, I called my beautiful friend and realtor, Laura Swanberg, and she made it happen all over again for me, holding scheduled appointments during the Memorial Day weekend, and having more than (8) offers on my home by end of Memorial Day. I found the right family to purchase my first home and make it their first home. The process was seamless, and Laura always took off any worries I may have had because she does not treat you like most salespersons would, she treats you like family and always goes above and beyond to make her client happy. I would never use anyone else for any real estate need, but Laura Swanberg, she is a gem and a true professional.
